In Atlanta Part II

Mule Rides

As I said earlier, one of Clayton's favorite things to do in Atlanta is go on a mule ride. When we got there on Sunday night, that was the very first thing we did. We went down an oil top road, and Clayton got to see the "moos" as she calls cows these days. We took a different path and ended up at a house with some cows that were right by the fence. Big Clayton, Granna, and I all began "mooing" in hopes that Clayton would moo at them, too...and to our surprise, one of the cows came a little closer and started "mooing" at us. It was hilarious- except Clayton wasn't too sure if she really liked it or not she kind of freaked out a little. (of course, I didn't have my video or digital camera for that ride!!!) From then on, Big Clayton kept telling her that he could "talk to the cows and that they were listening!" Monday night it was storming, so we couldn't take the mule ride, so we had to go on Tuesday before we left. Here are some pics of that ride which wasn't quite as exciting as the Sunday ride...but we did take a "nana" so we could stop for a snack during our ride.
